I chose to keep the number of sets lower today, however I don't feel that I'm reaching the level of intensity I need to be at in order to feel that I'm really benefitting from the WOD. One more day to assess, then I'll change my strategy.

First time doing Flight Simulator all the way through. Next goal will be to incrase the number of unbroken sets from 10.
