Strength: Deadlift (1RM:400#; Working 1RMx84%=340)

Deadlift:
  • 70%1RMx3: 240#
  • 80%1RMx3: 275#
  • 90%1RMxAMRAP: 310#x10

Rest 10 minutes

AMRAP in 5 minutes
Power Cleans x1
Split Jerks x3
Rest 2 minutes
3 rounds. I completed six power cleans easily, but I couldn't position the bar for the jerk correctly.

Alternating Pistols

5 Burpees
5 Chin ups
5 rounds + 5 burpees
